Our Guarantee & Return Policy

Effective November 5, 2009

All Sales are Final on All Christmas Merchandise.

Effective November 1, 2008

Lifetime Guarantee on all trees and shrubs.*

*Excludes - Annuals, Sod, Perennials, houseplants, tropicals and holiday plants.

• All returned trees and shrubs must be accompanied by original receipt.
• A refund will only be issued for saleable product in the same manner it was purchased.
• Dead or non-saleable trees and shrubs will be replaced with the same product purchased or a merchandise credit will be issued for the original amount paid.
• Change in home ownership is not transferrable.

Return Policy
Pike Nurseries have been providing top quality garden products for over 50 years. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 90 days, we will gladly replace it or refund your purchase price upon proof of purchase subject to the following guidelines:

• All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by original receipt and completed within 90 days of purchase.
• A refund will only be issued for saleable product in the same manner it was purchased.
• We cannot return or exchange dead or non-saleable plant material at any time (unless covered by the Lifetime Guarantee on trees and shrubs noted above.)
•  An exchange or store credit will be issued only for the amount paid at the time of original purchase.
• If an exchange or merchandise credit is not desired, a refund will be offered on saleable product only in the following manner:

• Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same card it was purchased.
• Check purchases will be refunded in cash after 14 days from the date the check was written, not to exceed $100.00.  All purchases by check or cash greater than $100.00 will be issued a check from our corporate office within 10 business days.
• Cash purchases will be refunded in cash, not to exceed $100.00.  Purchases greater than $100.00 will be issued a check from our corporate office within 10 business days of the return.

•   If you received a Pike product as a gift and no receipt is available, an exchange may be accepted with management approval. However, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange without a receipt. 

Pike Nurseries reserve the right to alter or void these policies at any time.
