Our Return Policy
Returns with an original receipt:
- Purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card.
- Purchase made by check will be refunded in cash (after 14 day waiting period) or in-store credit, if less than 14 days.
- Cash purchases will be refunded in cash.
- If a purchase is made with a Pike in-store credit, any remaining balance will be placed on an in-store credit.
- A Pike in-store credit will be issued for all non-saleable plant returns.
Returns without a receipt:
- A Pike in-store credit will be issued.
