
Painted Echeveria

One to two feet tall branched stems that bear five inch wide rosettes of absinthe green. Leaves are vividly marked with red on the margins and mid-leaf. Yellow flowers bloom in summer atop two foot tall erect bracts. Prefers cool sun to light shade and well drained soil. Originates from central Mexico where it typically grows on dry limestone hills.
