Overview
Education and/or Work Experience
-
Has one (1) to three (3) years work-related experience
Has a High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Has basic accounting knowledge.
Specialized Skills and Knowledge
-
Has a high level of interpersonal skills to communicate well with customers and employees.
Is able to multi-task.
Is able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
Is able to lift 20 lbs. occasionally.
Has the ability to use a 10-key calculator.
Has the ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Familiar with POS system
Intermediate level of skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedules
all online. LD department and store generated design appointments by customer name,
date, email and phone number through the scheduling system.
- Process
designs in POS that are sold through the Landscape Division.
- Makes
initial contact for scheduling designs within 48 hours for a design appointment.
- Responsible
for rescheduling design appointments as necessary.
- Maintains
master schedule and assigns designers by area and availability. Familiar with
installation schedules, plan presentations, consults, job visits and PTO.
- Codes
customer accounts in Eagle with Designer, Design Date & Installation Date
- Provide
support for ADP as needed.
- Process
Gift Cards for customer service opportunities or Store Credit.
- Refund
overpayments for an Orders credit card or submit ap check request.
- Prepare deposits and apply payment for customers by mailing in checks for deposit or final payments.
- Order store supplies and employee uniforms.
- Provide
training and support for designers in Aspire and POS.
- Assist
designers and stores to verify Wells Fargo Account Open to Buy and prepare
paperwork for customers to sign and invoice.
- Set
new designers up with devices and teach them how to use them.
- Returns
phone calls and emails on the same day, after 2 pm returns calls or emails by noon
the next day.
- Attends
meetings as required.
- Accepts other responsibilities as assigned.
Safety First!
Physical Environmental/Working Conditions
Requires extensive use of back, legs, knees, arms, feet and hands for lifting, stooping, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, pulling, pushing, reaching overhead, and walking. Unassisted lifting limits between 30 and 50 lbs. Individuals may be required to do any or all of these situations throughout the work day, with an emphasis on walking and standing for a major portion of the day. The outside environment will comprise most of the day with some inside building activity.
