• 1. Sends availability to the Pike Retail Buyer and Pike Farm Sales Rep.

    2. Receive orders from Pike Retail and complete all order entry steps.

    3. Uploads orders and ensures any subs that are needed are approved by the Pike Retail store, then makes necessary adjustments.

    4. The customer service representative for Pike Retail stores. The main contact for any additions to orders, special requests, etc. Responsible for communication to the sites to customer related requests are completed.

    5. The customer service representative for all credits from Outside Sales and Pike Retail stores.

    6. Processing any checks, cash, or credit cards from the outside. Any form of payment must be locked in safe or drop box in office. See procedure for more details.

    7. Processing Missing Tag orders and keeping the sites in formed. (begin Spring 2025)

    8. Receive any price changes for Retail stores and ensure the sites are communicated with.

    9. Keep a detailed list of succulent pottery inventory with photos.

    10. Responds to all emails within 24 - 48 hours.

    11. Must answer the phone while in the office, then each morning review voicemails and ensure a call back is made or forward the voicemail to the respective person.
