Shrimp in Sauce

Fresh flavors from the garden are balanced with spicy Shrimp in this simple recipe.

PREP TIME: 15 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 25 minutes

SERVES: 4-6

Instructions

Step 1: Sauté shallot and herbs in butter until garlic is slightly browned.

Step 2: Add shrimp, stirring constantly, until shrimp are pink and opaque.

Step 3: Pour in beer, simmer 1 minute more.

Step 4: Serve over pasta or rice. Use crusty bread to soak up sauce.

  • 6 Tbsp - Butter
  • 1/2 tsp - Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt, to Taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper, to Taste
  • 1/2 Cup - Favorite Beer
