Fruit Salad with Mint
A fruit salad is a brunch staple for good reason. Mix and match the fruit to your preference, or what's in season in your garden. From apples and peaches, to blueberries and strawberries, include your favorite fruit. Although simple, adding fresh mint to your fruit salad will take it to the next level.
- Cut fruit into bite-size pieces.
- Finely chop a handful of fresh mint.
- Mix fruit and chopped mint into a large bowl and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- 4 cups of fresh fruit (melon, strawberries, blueberries, plums, peaches, nectarines, etc.)
