Project time: 30 minutes per design

Show your patriotic pride by adorning your window with a window box planted with red, white, and blue flowers.

Step 1. Choose a window box with a size and design to suit your home style. Be sure that the window box has holes for good drainage.

Step 2. Fill the box 2/3 full of potting soil. Sprinkle in a handful of Dr. Earth Root Zone organic starter fertilizer and mix it up with the soil.

Step 3. Remove your plants from their pots and arrange them in the window box.

Step 4. Fill in around their root balls with additional potting soil. Water in well.
